Looking to rent a property ?

When you are renting an apartment or a house from our letting agency, you will need to provide what is relevant to EACH person (over 18's) in your group from the following list:

- Copy of passport / drivers licence
‍
- PPSN (Personal Public Service Number)
‍
- A utility bill from your current address
‍
- References from previous Landlords and/ or Agents (If you have not rented before we may require a guarantor)
‍
- A letter from current employer
‍
- Recent Payslip

- Should your application be successful we will need
‍
- Security deposit (often equiv. to one months rent)

- 1st months Rent

- Bank details for standing order set up
